A Look Back at the College and Career Fair
On Wednesday, November 2, 2016, the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Department of Counseling and Guidance hosted the Fall College Planning Night and the College & Career Fair at Â鶹¹ÙÍø Main Campus.
Representatives from over 150 public, private, trade and technical institutions were on hand to speak about the admissions process in the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Main Campus Auditorium. The representatives also an-swered questions regarding admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and programs of study. A bilingual presentation was also offered for attendees and their families.
Following the Planning Night, representatives were available in the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Boys’ Gym, Cafeteria A and Cafeteria C to answer more questions. Take home applications for admission and scholarship in-formation with representatives offered students an opportunity to meet one-on-one with potential schools.
In addition, Â鶹¹ÙÍø Career and Technical Education students in the Culinary Arts pathway developed and catered a dinner for admissions counselors prior to the event. In total, over 800 attendees came to the annual event.
