Newburgh Free Library to Host Teen Yoga Nidra
Teens age 11-17 are invited to join in a gentle yoga class with guided meditation. Make time for yourself, de-stress from school, and unwind before your weekend. Presented by Ms. Susan from Rae of Light Yoga Studios. Program is offered once a month through December. Registration for EACH program session is required. This series will be presented via Zoom or a combination of Zoom and in-person, conditions permitting. Check back for details.
