Summer Working Paper Process
Summer process
To begin the process to obtain your working papers for resident scholars in the Newburgh School District:
The Health Office needs a copy of a current physical (dated within the year.)Your Parent/Guardian needs to complete Part 1 of the application for employment certificate. When the form and the physical are completed, it can be returned to Mrs. Jessica Serrano via email, fax or in person. ( jserrano@necsd.net email, 845-563-5468 fax, 201 Fullerton Avenue, Newburgh NY 12550 address )
Once everything is received by the Health Office, please pick up the card in person during the hours of 8am-10am and 11am -2:00pm. However, please inform the Health Office (845-563-5471) as to the date and time that you plan to come to the building to pick up the card.

Para iniciar el proceso para obtener sus papeles de trabajo para residentes en la zona escolar de Newburgh:
