Dear Parents/Guardians,                                                 

Our upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and the evening of Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. During this time you will have the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher(s), inclusive of Homeroom, Special Area, and/or Services. Please follow the directions below to schedule your Parent Teacher Conference:

• Please  (this will take you to SignUpGenius)
• Locate your child’s teacher(s) by:
• Clicking on the tab or drop down menu for the grade level band/special area
• Locate the DATE & TIME slot you would like to schedule
• Click “Sign Up” next to your child's teacher’s name 
• Press “Submit and Sign Up”
• Review the TEACHER, DATE and TIME you have signed up for and enter your child’s name
• If you are signing up for more than one child or a teacher in a separate tab, you will need to repeat the above five steps each time.
• Please be mindful that the sign up is for one time slot per child.

We believe that parent teacher communication is essential for student success. We encourage you to take this opportunity to participate in our parent teacher conferences. If you cannot schedule a meeting at these times, please note you are always welcome to call the building and schedule a time to speak with your child’s teacher.

Nuestras conferencias de padres y maestros serán el miércoles, 23 de noviembre del 2022 de 9:00 am a 12:00 pm y las de la noche serán el jueves, 8 de diciembre del 2022 de 5:00 pm a 8:00 pm. Durante este tiempo usted tendrá la oportunidad de conocer a los maestros de su hijo(a), inclusive de salón hogar, áreas especiales, y/o servicios. Por favor de seguir las instrucciones abajo para registrarse a las conferencias de padres y maestros:

• Por favor de escanear el código QR o (esto lo llevará a la página de “SignUpGenius”)
• Localice al maestro/la maestra de su hijo(a) al:
• Escoger en el menú el grado deseado o área especial
• Localizar la FECHA & HORA que le gustaría asistir
• Escoger “Sign Up” al lado del nombre del maestro/de la maestra 
• Presione “Submit and Sign Up”
• Revise la MAESTRA, FECHA y HORA a la cual se ha registrado y añada el nombre del estudiante.
• Si se está registrando para más de un estudiante o maestro diferente, tendrá que repetir los 5 pasos mencionados anteriormente cada vez.
• Por favor de tener en mente que la registración es para el horario específico por estudiante.

Nosotros creemos que la comunicación entre padres y maestros es esencial para el éxito de los estudiantes. Le exhortamos de que tomen esta oportunidad para participar en nuestras conferencias de padres y maestros. Si no puede hacer una cita durante estas horas, usted puede llamar a la escuela y hacer una cita aparte para hablar con el maestro/la maestra de su hijo(a).
