If so, you are eligible to join our Goldback family through our FREE, no cost, Pre-Kindergarten program! We will be holding an in person registration event on Wednesday, May 24th 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Â鶹¹ÙÍø Main Campus 201 Fullerton Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550
In order to complete the registration process, please bring with you the following documents:
Required:
-Your child's Birth Certificate
-Primary proof of address (Lease or rental agreement with a recent rent receipt, or a mortgage statement)
-Supplementary Proof of address (utility bill)
Highly Encouraged:
-Most recent physical
-Most recent Immunization Record
-Any custody or court documents
