Congressman Pat Ryan Visits and Vows Support for NECSD Summer Meals Program
We were honored to host Congressman Pat Ryan at our Summer Meals program! Congressman Ryan commended our hard-working food services team and pledged support for our ongoing mission to provide year-round nutritious breakfasts and lunches. We know that good nutrition fuels the brain, enhancing focus, memory, and energy levels so students can perform at their academic and physical best. We appreciate Congressman Ryan’s visit and support as we serve our scholars.
Operating across five community locations, our Summer Meals program serves students in academic and enrichment programs. Our school meal heroes are among the very few team members who get to see every single Goldback, every single day. Beyond serving nutritious meals, they build relationships, check in on our scholars, and support their overall growth. We sincerely appreciate Congressman Ryan’s visit and partnership in serving our community.
